Jeff joined IQ Telecom with over 15 years of IT Service Management experience at one of the largest TEMs in the industry. Prior to that he was integral in the development of a leading expense management solution. Jeff has been a passionate leader of IT, Operations and Service Delivery teams with an eagle eye for the details that keep operations firing on all cylinders. He embraces the qualities that make clients delighted; agility and thoughtfulness with special projects and requests in addition to managing teams to meet, and frequently outperform, service levels.
Jeff has ITIL and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Services certifications and a Bachelor’s Degree from Central Connecticut State College.
